At Brand Bazaar, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our exchange policy carefully before requesting an exchange or return.
1. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
✅ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✅ The exchange is applicable for size issues, defective, or incorrect items only.
✅ The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
✅ Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. No Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds. However, you can:
🔹 Exchange your item for a different size or product.
🔹 Receive a store credit for future purchases.
3. Video Proof Requirement
To be eligible for an exchange or return, you must record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
📌 The video must clearly show:
✔️ The sealed package before opening.
✔️ The product inside, along with any damage or incorrect items.
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process your request.
4. How to Request an Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

- Your order number
- Reason for exchange

2️⃣ Wait for confirmation from our team before sending back the product.
3️⃣ Ship the item to the provided address.
4️⃣ Once received, we will process your exchange within 3-5 working days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
📸 Clear pictures of the product
🎥 Unboxing video
📦 Order details
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
